Vision

Our vision is to develop national leaders who own, lead, and sustain disciplemaking movements in the least-reached regions of the world.

Our Focus

We focus on helping leaders to “walk as Jesus walked” in their character and priorities.

As leaders study a chronology of Jesus’ life and ministry they learn to apply the pattern and principles he modeled.

As they do so, they learn to build model ministries in their cultural context that produce disciples who are making disciples.

Studying the life and ministry of Jesus using a harmony of the gospels reveals that Jesus had a strategy. He modeled for us how to build a disciplemaking movement. His ministry breaks down into 5 different phases.

Our focus is to help leaders discover this pattern, and apply it to their own life and ministry.

To determine effectiveness we ask the following questions:

lostAre disciples growing to the point that they are seeking to reach the lost (I Cor. 9:19)?
believersAre they intentionally helping believers grow (Col. 2:6–7)?
workersAre they equipping workers to reach the lost and grow believers (Eph. 4:12)?
leadersAre proven leaders being invested in so they can multiply ministries and start work in new regions (John 20:21)?

The Intangibles

Our ministry doesn’t just measure numerical growth. We meet one-on-one with leaders, helping assess their individual strengths and vulnerabilities. We get to walk with them as they address character issues, struggle with leadership challenges, and talk through difficult situations.

Along the way we challenge them to do ministry the way Jesus did. Those who follow his pattern build effective disciplemaking ministries.

Ministry Expansion

The movement is growing. As leaders are getting trained and spreading the word, we are receiving even more invitations to train among the least-reached people groups.
