Textual evidence suggests that “The 12 Days of Christmas” song has French origins. For example, it wasn’t until the late 1770s that the partridge was introduced to England from France.

Daniel has been a follower of Christ since 1988. He and his wife have two sons and a daughter. In 2023, while Daniel was on his way to visit a sick friend in his area, he came across a Muslim program, and what the man was saying caught his attention. Daniel challenged the man and told him that what he was saying wasn’t true. Daniel boldly spoke the truth of the gospel to this man and the crowd. This made Daniel a target. Later on, he was attacked by a group of men with machetes who wanted to kill him. He spent 13 days in the hospital and had surgery. Daniel is a bold man who is not afraid to stand up for Christ. He continues to faithfully serve Jesus.

Daniel is part of Lok’s team and helps oversee P2M training in the Mymensingh Division. In 2025 they successfully completed all five phases of training. Daniel serves among the Hindu, Muslim, and Garo community people. He shares, “The greatest blessing for me was when our team went to outreach to these people.”

Pray for Daniel and the leaders in Bangladesh as they continue with outreaches and disciplemaking training.
